Our customer service team are constantly being kept up to date with the latest trends and product development.  Your queries are able to be handled as efficiently as possible, as our staff pride themselves in providing the very best of service.

Ordering Procedures:

Orders are able to be placed via the phone to our internal sales team between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, (Queensland).

Fax Orders can be sent 24 hours a day.  Fax order forms can be customised to reflect your individual product requirements.

Representation by your account manager is available between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, (Queensland), or on a specific arranged time.

Emailed order facility is available 24 hours a day.

On-line ordering, as an exciting procedure, is available 24 hours a day.  This will allow our customers to view products on-line and down load orders directly to our system.

Delivery:

Free delivery daily (in town area)

 

Delivery to outlying areas – fee to be negotiated

 

Free delivery weekly (Tuesday) to Cardwell, Tully and Mission Beach area
